Bisbee to be Featured Speaker
at International Conference in London

(New Bern, NC) – Gail Bisbee, President / CEO of Confidential Records Management, Inc. (CRMI) will be a featured guest speaker at an international conference in London, England.  The Fundamentals of Imaging conference, sponsored by the Professional Records and Information Services Management (PRISM) organization, conference will be held at London’s Park Inn Heathrow hotel on Tuesday and Wednesday, June 15 and 16, 2010.

Bisbee will speak about record management changes in the business world as well as the development and management of document imaging services.  “Although businesses and health care organizations are focused on reducing paper use, many do not have plans for records storage, management and disaster recovery,” said Bisbee.  “Successful companies realize that converting documents to digital images is an essential component to an effective record management program.  As an industry, we need to educate our customers and partner with them on this issue.”

Bisbee is a sought after public speaker on the topic of document imaging as well as healthcare and regulatory compliance.  Her 15 year old firm, with three locations in North Carolina, has a monthly volume of 2 million images.
