Organization is vital in business.

Whether it is a doctor, lawyer or truck driving company, every business has records it needs to maintain, said Gail Bisbee, president of Confidential Records Management in Rocky Mount. Her company’s job is to help businesses do that with services ranging from making digital copies of documents, to backing up computer tapes to storing boxes of inactive files.

“We work with all different clients, and that is what is exciting about it. A lot of people don’t know a lot about managing their records internally, and it is frustrating and overwhelming. We really are able to simplify a lot of that for them,” Bisbee said.
